Spyblast

I keep getting something called spyblast installed on my
computer. We didn't go looking for it, but somehow it
found us. It said we would get 2 pop ups a day for
having spyblast, but I don't want it. I keep
uninstalling it but it keeps coming back. I have McAfree
Firewall and it stops spyblast from accessing the
internet, but I don't want it. What can I do?
