This spyware, SPW_FPTLBAR.100 showed on TrenMicro Spyware
scan but not on MSAS scan. Is this one something to get
rid of??

Are you sure this is the correct spelling???

Searching Trend Micro's site there isnt a listing for
this,not even anything similar as ive tried afew
variations of the spelling,If you didnt delete it then
rescan with micro again and check it again but if you did
clean it then you dont have to worry about it now as it
would of deleted it but cannot help more unless you can
repost with the correct name

Try running a full system Scan in Safe Mode. On the Scan Page, choose Scan
Options Full System Scan.
