Look for a program called 'Quattro Pro' on your system.. it was part of
Corel Office.. if you know that Corel Office is not installed, you will have
to purchase a spreadsheet program..

Windows XP is the operating system, it can run a spreadsheet
application.

Your Corel (a different company than Microsoft) produces
WordPerfect and Quattro Pro. Look in your program folder
for QP.

How the bloody hell should we know?! Use the documentation that came with
the system!

Hi friend, welcome to the world of Mix and materooni
software. Yeah when I first got my computer I was looking
around out there and some didn't even come with any Windows
at all pre-installed, let alone a spreadsheet program.

Just browse around and run every program you have and see
if there's any tabs to click over to because many programs
are actually suites which turn into multiple programs
within a program. WordPerfect might have a little
spreadsheet in there, who knows, it might be a Wordperfect
Office and not just Word Perfect the word processor.

If you look for a few days or so and find nuthing I'd call
the folks who sold you the thing and ask them to correct
it, often they will repair the sale for you at OEM software
prices rather than face a product return. But its your
call in the end, you have to decide if you want the
software or if you need it and how long you want to wait
for using it. Sometimes it is just worth going out there
and getting the right tool for the right job. Look around
the net though and find what is best for you though, a good
multiple function package that would support open face web
publishing as well such as Microsoft Office XP with its
powerful Frontpage editor for web pages can do wonders in
the long run for helping you convert those spreadsheets
into working web applications...

I wouldn't worry about it. If you're not smart enough to
know whether you have a spreadsheet program or not, you
won't be able to use it if you do find it.

LOL and true.

PMSL!! I couldn't have put it better myself! It probably hasn't escaped your
notice that he uses AOHELL?! "Smart AOHELL user" is the perfect definition
of an oxymoron!

Oh, and to boot - this software question was posted here in a group
that specifically states "hardware" in the title.
