When I print a spreadsheet the columns and rows do not appear. How do I
print with all the divisions please!!

What spreadsheet program? Do you mean that you want the
gridlines to print?
Once we know what program, the group can suggest the proper
forum.

Is there an option in Tools-options (or similar - not a Works user) to do
this? If not, try posting in a WORKS newsgroup rather than a WINDOWS one.

File/Page Setup/Other Options /Print Gridlines

The grid lines are only there as a visual aid. To draw printable
lines in Excel, for example, you use Format/Cells/Border. To draw
a border around the whole sheet you would select the whole
sheet then use 'border' with the desired line thickness. Then
you can select rows and columns to draw the internal lines.
It requires a bit of experimentation the first time to get the
optimal way to insert the lines.
