Spreadsheet (Macro) glitches

Anyone seen this or know how to resolve:

I have a spreadsheet with about 450 checkboxes each linked to
particular cell.

I need to write a macro for EACH indivudual checkbox. (but that's no
important right NOW)

I have one particular macro that I don't need but it will NOT let m
delete it. In addition, I can not ADD any macros. When I click alt/F
and bring macros up, give it a name and click create, nothing happen
(and the Macro window disappears). I only have 3 macros entere
currently (including the one that will not go away)

Is this just a spreadsheet glitch? If so, anyone know how to resolv
the problem

Make sure you're not recording macro. That's what this
sounds like to me. Go to Tools;Macro. If you see End
Record, click it. That means you've been recording a
macro. You should then be able to do what you need to do
with your other macros. Make sure you delete the macro
you just recorded, because it will have a lot of garbage
in it.
