Sporadically Crash due to Win32K.sys

My Compaq lap top with the XP Pro(SP1), sporadically crash
and some error is due to Win32k.sys.

Anyone can suggest a way to repair it. i have tried
reinstall the system to the C:\windows, but still crash
for every 3 to 6 days. it is driving me mad.

Even i run it in Safe mode with networking it still
happens.

could I just delete the file and reload system again?

Microsoft is having a problem with Win32k.sys. You need to get hot fix from them at no charge. I need to do this myself. I am getting the same problems that you are having.
