Perhaps somone can assist who has already resolved this problem.
My machine reboots without warning. I haven't nailed down a
particular activity that triggers it, it just happens. No warning.
I have already disabled "Automatically Retstart" option under Startup
& Recovery options.
Thanks,

Does the motherboard maker have a utility you can download from their web
site that monitors the system and CPU temperatures as well as the voltages?
If so, get it, install it, and monitor your system. Could be you have a fan
that stops spinning or spins too slowly, something heats up too much,
voltages are too low because of using an undersized power supply, or other
hardware related failures.
It might also be time to use msconfig.exe to see what is getting loaded on
Windows startup. See if you can recognize all the programs that are getting
loaded.
Try running a full scan using a recently updated anti-virus program. Check
for spyware using Ad-Aware and Spybot.
Check your BIOS settings. See if backing off on the memory timings gets
your system more stable. Sometimes the BIOS will have preset
configurations, like default, turbo, and agressive, so see if the default
configuration eliminates the problem. If the BIOS has an AUTO selection for
memory timing to use the SPD (serial presence detection) circuitry on the
memory, then use AUTO instead of some customized setup based on what you
think the memory should support.
Are you overclocking anything?
Are you touching the computer (case, wired keyboard or mouse) and getting
shock and that's maybe when the system reboots. If so, it's a static
electricity problem but also indicative that you don't have proper grounding
for your computer and/or the outlet.
See any events getting logged at the time of the reboot in Event Viewer?
