spoolsv.exe on w2ksp4

i have tried clearing out the spool folder in the system32
folder and thats seems to be ok for a couple of prints and
then i get a the same error again with spoolsv.exe not
working. does anyone else have any ideas please let me know

Microsoft admit this is an issue and they describe a fix,
however they do not tell you where you can get the fix. I
believe that it will be included SP5.
