wieder gestoppt.

Ich habe keine neue Software bzw. kein neues Gerät installiert.
Meine Rechnerkonfiguration:
Windows 2000 Prof. SP4

Wo liegt das Problem?
Danke für Eure Hilfe ...

Hello,

I have a big problem with my PC i.e. with the printer queue - service.

When I start Windows - before the login-mask show up and the services
starts - the following error message come into view:

spoolsv.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x00000000" referenced memory at "0x00000000".
The memory could not be "read".

If I click OK my printers disappeared resp. the printer queue-service
is stopped.
If I restart the service and I look at the properties of any printer
pop up the same error message and the service stopped.

I don't installed any new software and any new device.
My configuration:
Windows 2000 prof. SP 4

What's the problem?
Thx ...

Look for components installed by your printer vendors software that are
causing the spooler crash: Port Monitors, Print Processors, and Drivers.

*** Export registry keys before deleting ***

Drivers:
================
Use drivers included with Windows 2000 where possible, otherwise check the
web for updates.

Port Monitors:
================
Check the following registry key for third-party port monitors. Remove any
non-default monitors:
(Note: If you have an HP Master Monitor, don't delete it. Update it to
version 4.2)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Monitors

The default port monitors are:
- AppleTalk Printing Devices (When Services for Macintosh is installed)
- BJ Language Monitor
- Local Port
- PJL Language Monitor
- Standard TCP/IP Port
- USB Monitor
- Windows NT Fax Monitor (when applicable)

Print Processors:
=================
There may be a third-party print processor that is causing problems.
Disable the loading of any but the default (WinPrint) by deleting their
respective sub-keys from the following key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Environments\Windo
ws NT x86\Print Processors
