I've been seeing print spooling performance problems every since
enabling print sharing on my XP machine. Printing from the
machine acting as the server is very slow (one line at a time with
pauses inbetween) if both are turned on. Machine is a 2.4GHz with
512MB RAM and 2GB disk (80% free), so lack of resources don't
seem to be the problem.
Search of MS Knowledgebase turned up nothing applicable. Any one
else seen this kind of behavior? Anything I can do besides turning
print spooling off?
