spooler

the spooler is not working and I don't know how to get the printer
working. How do I go about getting this straightened out without spending more money?

Option 1
Start -> Run -> Type CMD
then type in net start spooler hit enter. Does the spooler service turn on?


Option 2
Well, from your vague description the best I can offer you in put your OS CD in the drive (I'm assuming you're using windows XP).

Go to Start->Run->type CMD hit enter

now type SFC /scannow and see if it fixes your issue.
