Spooler SubSystem preventing Wireless networking!!!

I am getting Spooler SubSystem Application has
encountered a problem and needs to close each time I try
to run the setting up small network wizard. It then
fails and I can't get the network working.

Also
you may need install the printer drivers to the "networked" computer. Doing
so
seems to resolve many network printer issues. Oh, and be sure your existing
printer can in fact, be used on a network!
