Is there a reason why spoolsv.exe [XPClient .010817-1148] should be allowed
through the firewall to access to the Internet on boot up?

I have be unable to find out what this application does.

"SpoolSV.exe" (Microsoft) Windows 2000/XP only. This is the Spooler service
which manages spooled fax and print jobs.

This executable should not be allowed Net access - create rule or block with or
block with preexisting Firewall flag.
