Spooler Subsystem Application Error

It seems as though this is a common problem. I am getting this error when I look for a printer, try to set-up my network, can't access any printer on the network or complete a print. It won't allow me to view work-group computers or view any printer on the network. Any ideas? So many hours spent on this. Wondering if it could be a registry key was deleted in a ad-aware 6 cleaning? Please help.
