Spooler Subsystem app - spoolsv.exe errors

We have applied changes described in Microsoft Knowledge
Base Article 810894, and this fix will work for a few
days, but then we receive receive this error all over
again. We have not installed any new programs, or changed
drivers on the printer properties, and we do not have any
lexmark printers installed. We are utilizing tcp/ip based
printing through a Microsoft local port, and NDPS is
unfortunately installed on the pc's. Any ideas on how to
fix this would be appreciated. Thanks

I think I'm having the same sort of problem you are.
Please look at my two postings on 8-24. I thought problem
was resolved yesterday but it was back today after
rebooting.

Were you able to resolve? If so, please respond to one
