spooler error - duplicate print jobs

intermittantly - apologize I do not have any event ID's or info - but
we do have a Win2003 box connected via USB & external HP jetdirect to a

HP1000 shared by 4 or 5 workstations. About every 3rd or 4th job sent
will produce duplicate print jobs. I hope to get more diagnostic info
- just wondering if anyone has seen or have ideas to troubleshoot -

ok - no one has ideas here - what about changing out the hp jet direct
external box with another make? Is it possible the problem could be
with this unit? thanks, Bill
