Spool automatic deleted

Hi all,

On Windows 2000 Advanced Server, I install shared
printers. When users try to printer a simple page (asci
format), the printer queue receive correctly the spool
but Windows immidiatly delete the job in the queue befor
printing.
Does someone know the problem,
Does someone can help me ?

The permissions of my spool directory is correct because
the others queue are printing correctly...

If this is related to a specific printer, then the driver, print processor,
or language monitor become the suspects.
