I've got a single WAV file containing a number of separate tracks. Is
there a prog to split the file into a number of separate ones that can
be recognised independently by a CD player?

The absolute best, easiest program I know for that is CDWave from
http://www.milosoftware.com/cdwave/ but any wave editor can do it.

Since CDWave is uncrippled trialware, here's a link for a free wave
ditor...

HI both -- and thanks for the help.

Question asked, info given, program downloaded and installed and job
done -- all in a couple of hours. Not bad going!
