Splitting-Separating Cell Contents

Hi Folks:

I have about 30 cells populated like:
Boston, Haverhill, Lowell, Sudbury, etc.

Some cells have as few as 2 city names, others may have as many as 30 within
a cell.

Is there way to separate each city name into it's own cell ???
