Splitting Forms and Reports

Can anyone help me please, I have developed a database which is now over 30 megabytes front end and 10 meg backend. I need to be able to email this database but it is too large to go through the email system and because of all the virus problems lately, I cannot use winzip. I wondered if I could split the forms, reports and queries into seperate databases and call them as needed.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Use winzip, just rename .zip file in .zi_ and antivirus
probably will let it pass.
