I have made a database devided into a back-end and a front-
end. The back-end is installed in the shared folder on the
network and the front-end databases are installed on
users' machines. Both back-end and fron-end are .mdb-files.
The problem is that the back-end sometimes hangs, so that
nobody can access the data. In order to continue work all
users need to close the front-end databases, then someone
has to open and restore the back-end. Is it possible to
make the back-end database restore itself automatically?
Or maybe there are other ways to solve the problem...
Thanks.
