Spliting the network into two group

Dear Peers,

We have a Windows Network running on Win2k. We now
want to split the network into two groups out of which one
group will have internet access and the other won't

We want to design the network in such a way that
the group with the internet access should access any
machine on the other group can one help us out. Thanks in
advance.
 
you want to have two organizational units and set your access according to
group policy.
