Split Calendars

Would anyone be able to tell me if you can split a
calendar in Outlook into 2.

My bosses want to be able to see both their calendars
together so they can make sure if both are available for
meetings and to ensure entries are made to both.

They can't seem to do this themselves.

Can anyone help???
