Splash form

Hi all,
I download a MDE demo file that have a nice splashscreen form. (Don't
remember from where). The splashscreen form has an Oval background and
something in it, the outside is transparent. I wonder how can you make this ?

make a copy of the splash form, open it in design view and play with
it. When you're done, just delete the mangled one.
