Spinning Gold Coin Icon

I am just staeting to use Front Page 2003 and there is text at teh bottom of
my page I'd like to edit. But when I bring my cursor down to it, the cursor
turns into a spinning gold coin. I have no idea what this means or how to
accomplish my goal. Any help is appreciated.

Sounds like you have a Windows theme (or mouse pointer) set to be something
other than the standard arrow pointer, and hour glass "wait" icon. If so,
change the theme (the mouse pointers) to whatever you want. Settings are
usually under Control Panel > Mouse (or in the mouse software for your mouse
e.g. the "Intellipoint" software for Microsoft's mouse products.

But this is not a Frontpage problem (the actual cursor-turning-to-gold-coin
issue)

Can't you just scroll down the screen to the point you want to edit at?
