Vacuum cleaner with the narrow nozzle. (usually used for getting in crevices
in sofas etc) I'd do it outside in case the vac leaks toner into you house
atmosphere. Maybe change the vac bag after you finished?

If you use a vacuum cleaner it will probably exhaust the toner out of the
vacuum cleaner so doing it outside is essential. If you have a cleaner with the
extra fine filters you may be OK. A soft dry cloth removes toner effectively
provided there is not a large quantity, even then with perseverance it will
work.

Yea, be sure not to use a bagless vac.
Take the project outside.
Maybe use a shop vac with the hose set on the exhaust side to blow it
out.
I made hose-ends with a reduced end using a piece of small diameter
hose and duct tape attached to the standard end.
Wear a mask to protect you from inhaling dust. A respirator mask is
recommended.
When completed, turn it on outside too so it can self exhaust some
particles.
