$ spent on Office, lost in reformat [email protected]

$ spent on Office product. Reformatted hard drive and lost product and can't
retrieve. Microsoft offers no apparent way to communicate with them directly
without incurring additional cost. No wonder they are hated.

*You* reformatted your hard drive and *lost* your CDs and now that is
somehow Microsoft's problem to resolve at no cost?
