Spelling on OE greyed out

I am running XP Pro on a new computer; notice on my O.E.
6 that my Spelling Tab is no longer usuable -- is there
something that has to be installed to acquire this
capability??? I do have microsoft works installed.

"Fix Spell Checking in Outlook Express 6"
 
Hi Billie,

Start/search/files for csapi3t1.dll, copy it to these folders:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\PROOF
C:\Program Files\Outlook Express
