SPELLING CHECK LANGUAGE PROBLEM

I tried to reply to Meri and let you know that if you go to windows mail
then tools then options then to the spelling tab...
then down to Language ... and click the drop down arrow and click on ENGLISH
... that will most likely correct your language problem with spell check...
it worked for me...

I don't see "Meri's" question, but ENGLISH you refer to is OK if you use
American English. Many, many people use English English. There is a
difference.

I understand Outlook Express did not have its own dictionary but relied on
the users installed one, eg that from MS Word in my case. Vista has its very
limited dictionaries that cannot be changed.
 
Right on! Only checks 'American' english and not 'English' english. Given the
massive publicity received when Vista was launched in Uk, this is a glaring
omission which should be sorted soonest. Heffa
