I just recently had Window's XP installed on my computer
and I don't seem to have access to spell check in Outlook
Express. I have been told by friends that if I have
Word, I should be able to import the spell
check...great...how do I do that? My Word is a component
of Office 97 - is that a factor? Am I totally in the
wrong place for this type of question. If so I'm sorry,
but I still need help doing this. Thanks so much, Anna

Your question would be better asked in an Outlook Express forum -- they get
a lot of questions about the spell check issue in particular so I know
you'll get the answer you need there.

I see you're using the Microsoft Communities web interface to read this
newsgroup, so try going to
http://communities.microsoft.com/newsgroups/default.asp?icp=InternetExplorer,
then click on the plus sign next to your version of Internet Explorer and
you'll see a link for Outlook Express underneath (the same version number as
Internet Explorer). Click the OE link and you'll be where you want to be.
Also, I know there is a section about OE spell checking at
http://insideOE.tomsterdam.com, as well as a lot of other good OE
information.

Good luck!
