Spell Check

I also do not have the options in my tools tab that is in my main page unless
I am looking at it wrong. Isnt the main page where you choose what folder
like inbox or junkmail is? If so I dont know what to do to fix the problem.
It says that it is in the wrong language any help would be nice
 
Go to Tools/Options then choose French then back to English and come out.
You should be OK then.
