Spell check settings

I just upgraded to Word XP yesterday. While setting some
personal preferences, I evidently set something in the
spell check
commands that is preventing me from spell checking.

When I try to spell check I get a message that first says
everything is checked, then a second window that
says "Text marked with "Do not check spelling or grammer"
was skipped.

I have typed in purposfully misspelled words in several
different documents, did not knowing "mark" anything and
got the same result, reset what I can think of to no
avail. Help!
..

Bill,

This group is for assistance with the Windows XP operating system only.
Please repost your question in a more appropriate place, such as an Office
or Word group.

Thank you

Is it possible to edit a PDF file using Word? How.

Nope. The editing of PDFs can only be done with a PDF creation package of
which there are several options available to you, the best-known is Adobe
Acrobat though, at +/- £250 isn't within the reach of everyone's pocket.
There are more affordable, if less flexible, options. PDF995
(www.pdf995.com) is one which is highly regarded, as is PDF X-Change
(www.docu-track.com). As these are shareware (30 day trial and documents are
watermarked 'unregistered') and considerably cheaper than Acrobat, you can
expect less in the way of functionality, though they are still good enough
for most home/SOHO users."""
