Could some one tell me were the 4 languages are located from the spellcheck.
such as German, English etc..

(sorry if duplicated question something went wrong)

Thank you for your reply,
But i mean, there are spellchecks for 4 languages. there has to be 4 files
with wordlists in those languages right?
what if you could copy that language file, give it an other name and then
copy a wordlist in it of a language that is not in it yet.

or is that totally not done.
If you do it by adding words in UserDictionary.lex there are still words in
from other languages.

The problem, as I understand it, is that the dictionary files are not
in plain text, thus are not editable.

Could be,
other dictionaries files are also never in plaint tekst. they could be in a
DCT format.
but any idea where those files are located?

Regards,

Sorry, I don't see the dictionary files in any obvious locations.

I have read through a lot of emails in regards to spellcheck issues, the one
issue or questin I have has to do with the previous option of being able to
right click and get "dictionary" which allowed me to look up the word. Is
that option still available-I really miss it,please help!

Previous option? I'm not aware of Outlook Express ever having had
that option. Perhaps you are remembering an Outlook feature.

I suspect that it's the *.lex file in C:\Windows\System32. If it is, it
won't do you any good because it's not in human readable code.

Highlight the word and press F7.

I tried highlighting and using F-7...still does not give a drop down menu
with thesauruses option, any other suggestions?

As I said, this isn't Outlook.
Pay the fancy prices and you get the fancy features.
