Spell Check doesn't work

My computer had a melt-down in August when the fan on the
Video Display card quit. The builder replaced the fan and
re-installed my Windows soft-ware using his high-speed
internet connection. BUT, Spell-check doesn't work. HELP,
What do I need to do?
 
spell check in what?


for spell check in outlook express you need to load ms office as well. oe
uses the spell check facility from here.
