I have a fairly extensive web site for my photography classes that include a
number of "html-ized" PowerPoint presentations which all open in new
Windows. My questions revolve around these presentations.
1. These new windows are all small and have to be enlarged to the "normal"
size. Internet Explorer has the F-11 function which will allow the
presentations to run "full screen." Is there any way to have the new Window
with the presentation open in the full-screen mode (as though the user had
selected the F-11 function)?
2. The PowerPoint presentations run fairly slowly- the text comes down
fairly quickly but the photographs take a while to load. I have tried the
following: A: Eliminated all of the PowerPoint navigation and the left panel
file list (navigation is in the slide). This helped greatly, but things are
still slow for the photographs. B: Tried saving the slides as .jpg or .png
files but the image quality suffered. C: Tried converting the presentations
to .pdf files, but this sis not work as well. Is there any way to speed up
the downloading of the images?
Thanks
