Speeding up GP Testing

Hi,
Is there any way of testing an entire computer policy (including
scripts, software install, etc) without rebooting the PC? It would
save a lot of time when making changes if we didn't have to restart the
PC each time to test. Is there any 3rd party software out there that
allows you to do this?

Go to: Start - run - cmd

See: gpupdate /?

I'll take that as a no, gpupdate will just reboot to apply the entire
computer policy (including software install, scripts, etc), so not a
time saver.
 
Gpupdate does not reboot.

Did you try it?

Start - cmd - gpupdate
