Hi,

I think one of the main reasons beta 2 was "slower" for me was because there
was a lot of debugging code still in it all. Is that now reduced in RC1 and
is Vista much more stable (as it should be) in RC1?

cheers,

RC1 is not yet available.

RC1 is available, but not to everyone.

As for the original question, RC1 seems to be much much faster than beta 2
was. I am seeing much fewer problems and it is much more visually appealing.
Don't worry, very soon you will be able to see for yourself. Some progress
has definately been made.

Way better. I installed pre RC1 thta came out this past week or so and it is
like a proper working OS. You will probably find RC1 is like that when you
install it. Almost ready for prime-time.

RC1 is much improved for speed.

Make sure you keep an eye out next week when they release out to the CPP and
other public venues. They say over 6 million users will get at it.

Kewl, cant wait lol.
