Make a "temp" directory in the root of C:
Right cllick on my computer and go to the Advanced tab
and the the environment variables.
Modify your temp file location to C:\Temp and clean out
the one in your profile.
Right Click on Internet Explorer and go to the General
tab and choose the settings button for Temporary internet
files.
Move it to C:\Temp
Keep your Desktop clean
Make a My Documents folder in C: if you are the sole user
of the PC and move your documents location to it.
If you're installing apps, do it as the Administrator
account and make the shortcuts available to all users.
Profiles have a way of getting really big. Keep them
small and Windows will load up much faster.
