I am creating an animation of a time series graph from a series of tiff or
bitmap files.

I cannot seem to find a way to get the movie to play faster. A series of
100 pictures takes 2.5 minutes even if I set the program to 0.125 seconds
per frame and 0.25 seconds between frames (the minimum values allowed).

Any suggestions?

Rehan,

That was a brilliant idea, but for some reason it doesn't play any faster.
It makes the file bigger as I reduce the times, but plays at the same speed.

So are you able to now place 30 frames per second ? You can see that on the
timeline view.
If not then please note the procedure of using the script:
1. Close WMM
2. Run the script to set the Picture Duration to 33 ms
3. Open WMM and load your project or create new.
4. Remove existing frames from timeline/storyboard.
5. Select the frames in the Collections and right click, then select Add to
storyboard/timeline

These frames should now be 33ms apart each and their number divided by their
timeline length should be around 30 fps.

And remember if you want to speed up a clip you can make the movie clip from
your stills in another project then load it and apply a "Speed Up, double"
effect once or more than one times.
