Speed difference

I just switched from an American language version of PowerPoint to a
Swedish language version. Both are from the same year.

Suddenly the passage between slides is very much slower. The effects
such as "wipe right" or whatever, move very jerkily where before they
were swift and smooth.

Has anyone experienced a similar problem?

Hi Oke,

Did you also change the operating system? What version of Office and what
operating system? Have you applied all service packs?

Nothing has changed except going from English-language Office for MacOS
X to the same in Swedish. On the same computer. I did this because the
English version of Word keeps changing every instance of "i" to "I" no
matter how many times I tell it that Swedish is the default language.

Never mind. I simply put the English version of PowerPoint back.
