Speech recognition starts automatically

Dear all,

Every time I start MS word or Outlook the Speech
recognition starts and asks me to configure it. I tried
this a few times but it still comes up and I don't knwo
how to get rid of it as it gets very annoying.
Please help.

If on a desktop or laptop PC, check the settings in your Office programs
regarding speech to text. Disable them if you don't want to use them.

Or complete the training and the prompts will disappear.
 
Control Panel / Regional & Language / Languages / Details / Language
Bar - uncheck "Show the language bar on the desktop"
