speech/recognition query

I'm trying to utilize the speech recognition tool on WORD 2002.

I did the minimal 10-minute "training" with my microphone.

So far, the accuracy rate is not good enough.

If I do more of the training sessions with the microphone, should that make
a difference in the accuracy?

It may make a difference, but it will depend on your personal dialect and
speech patterns.
