speech recognition problem

i want to open the start menu by voice and go to the all aplications menu...
so i say "start" the start menu opens and then when i say "all aplications"
instead of opening the menu it dictates on the search bar : "all
aplications"... does someone know a way to avoid the search bar?

I don't know anything about the speech recognition function but what if you
say All Programs?
 
sorry that's what i meant: when i say "all programs" instead of opening the
all programs menu,it dictates "all programms " in the search bar... any ideas?
 
Try me!

My native language is Spanish, therefor my accent is awful, but I could
manage to work Speech Recognition perfectly, try saying "Show Numbers"
instead, it will put numbers on all possible options, you pronunciate the
number over All Programs.

Try taking the complete Wizard of pseech recognition, over time, it will
adapt to your voice.
