Sped Up Drop Down Menus

I am sure this has been addressed before, but if you could bear with me I
would like to ask again. There is a way to decrease the lag time that it
takes for drop-down and sub-menus to appear. I know it has something to do
with setting a value to "0". If you could help, I certainly would
appreciate it.

TweakUI has an area in the Mouse settings where you can adjust menu
speed.. (You may need to download TUI from Microsoft.)

There is a utility in Tweak UI version 2.10.0.0 which
helps u set the speed of hte menus. read more about this

The Menu Speed slider control sets the speed at which
cascading menus automatically open when you move the
mouse over them. The fastest setting causes them to open
immediately and the slowest setting is extraordinary slow.
