Specifying the email from which an email is sent

i have two hotmail addresses hooked into my outlook.
Whenever I send an email, it always get sent from the same
address. How can I specify which address gets sent from?
 
Which version of Outlook? See help, about if unsure.

You select the other account using the Accounts menu on the toolbar.

then you need to select the sending account using the Account button on the
message form.
