specified module location problem

every time i start/restart my unit, i get an error
message stating that the specified module couldn't be
located. the name is "c:\windows\system32\stlbdist.dll".
is this a line from a user type program, or is it part of
my os. i have went to my win-expl, but was unable to
locate anything related. the only way to not have the
report show on initial start is to do selective start-up.
any help would be greatly appreciated.

It most likely came from a third party program that you installed. Many
program package spyware with their programs in order to make money.
