Hi,

Can anyone tell me how I can view Import and Export Specifications?

It may depend on which version of Access you have.
In Access 2000 , which I use, the only way I have been able to do this is to
do perform an actual import, then you get to see the specification. This is
one of those features of Access (among many) that you wonder what the
software developers were thinking when they designed it.
Also, consult Access Help if you can find any mention of it.

I think they are stored in the system tables named MSysIMEXColumns and
MSysIMEXSpecs, which become visible via Tools > Options > View and set
the appropriate checkboxes. Of course, you are on your own viewing the
stuff in any system table...
