I posted the problem (see Post below) earlier today and
got a Post Reply. Now I need help, how to.
(QUESTION NOW) Specifically what software do I need to
reinstall. Do I uninstall first?
Thank you (tm), for your help. I tried to get back to you
on Community Newsgroups by using "Reply (E-mail)" but I
got same error messages I'm tring to fix.

I receive two error messages on my Windows XP Home 2002.
MICROSOFT INTERNET EXPLORER
Could not preform this operation because the default mail
client is not properly installed.
MAIL CLNT. EXE
Unable to locate component
(X) This application failed to start because Utils.dill
was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this
problem.
