I have run into a problem, that some specific websites are
not found by internet explorer (or netscape, for that
matter). Some examples are www.adobe.com and
www.cadence.com. Essentially, the browser tells me that
these specific websites are unavailable--but when I log
into the same ISP with a different computer, it is ok. I
have played around with my security settings to loosen
them up, and I have run a virus scan (the computer is
virus-free). Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks

Check your hosts file, to see whether these sites are in it.
