Special user account windows 2000

Hi,

I wish to create a special user account in my windows 2000
domain integrated with Active directory. The user account
should have limited priveleges only. That user should have
priveleges to add/remove workstations from the domain,
manage print documents and install softwares only.

I want to limit domain admin priveleges from this user.
Can anyone advise how can I create this kind of user
account in windows 2000. Is it possible through group
policy? Your help would be highly appreciated.

Thanks for the reference. I saw an assortment of permissions that could be
delegated but none mentioned add/remove software. Is there a permission
that specifically addresses add/remove software?

I just delegated full control and still the particular group could not
install software. Did you have any luck Ripul?
